Small iridescent art glass with strange top shape???

Hi guys weekends here again!

I have come across this small striking piece. its around 6.5" tall and is clear glass with a ting of rainbow colouring.
Not sure on the make or type, if possible can one of you id this pattern/piece and all info or links would be great!
Not sure if its british but has a pressed in base
