Murano / Oggetti fish vase

My wife inherited this vase from her mother. We're trying to find some more information about it.

We have the receipt but it only says "Oggettii Green Conical Vase". Although another receipt says its Blue.

We've been trying to match up the signatures on the base and so far haven't found anything that matches.
