I've managed to get hold of an iridescent ball paperweight to do a comparison with - mine is bigger by 1/4" both in height and diameter.  The feet on the iridescent one seem to be finished roughly, not sure if that is an indication of anything though. Still not closer to identifying the maker of mine but going by the feet I'd say they aren't made by the same person.

Thank-you Andrew! That is a nice collection you have. What are the measurements of them? How did you ID them as Harrach?

Dear Mary,

I'm on holiday till next week so couldn't exactly state the dimensions. My research  " google " bought me towards Harrach. The photo tag is for my filing system and as such named Harrach so I can find them too!

Kind regards

Andrew

Dear Mary,

I don't know if you have had the great fortune of meeting Mike and Debbie Moir ( finest quality glass dealers and regularly present at the Glass Fairs plus grander antique fairs );  they have a ball vase listed on their website that they attribute to Harrach...just scroll down on this page and you'll see it. :-) Whilst there just marvel at their stock.

Happy days.

Andrew

ps Mike and Debbie if your are viewing...you're stars!
