Whitefriars, often described as a streaky paperweight. Very heavy and lead crystal, should be a well finished polished pontil mark underneath.

Sorry, can't help with designer, you need someone with more Whitefriars experience than me. However, the pattern number is 9850 and I believe they were made by Ray Annenberg. A bit of googling may throw up more information about them.

As far as I know they always have the three big air bubbles and they are made with two or more different colour canes stretched and swirled within the weight.
