I'm absolutely no expert and murano is not my focus, but I think that it kinda looks like some of Dino Martens "The Rest of the Day" pieces. However, the colours of your vase seem to be kinda pale and most of the pieces I have seen tend to have more saturated colours.But still, googe Dino Martens and the Rest of the Day to see what I mean.
But once again, my disclaimer: not a glass expert, not focussed on Murano :)

Thank you for taking the time to reply....and for the information. I should have noted this vase had the remnant of a very old paper label attached to it, which I washed off as it had no identifying marks on it....

Glad to have helped? but hopefully you'll get some more information from someone more knowledgeable then me :)
I don't know about the paper label - it might have had the original price on it? or something else, who knows :)

I was thinking the old label might have id'd the maker, but we'll never know. It does look like very old glass.....

I see a lot of Murano and always watch labels but I haven't seen this one before (I'm suspicious?)
Recently there has been increasing flow of vases with this sort of murrines coming in from the far east, and no shortage of improper labels.
Note that the wording does not include any of the exact 'traditional' wordings. (People IN Murano, expect their buyers to know which country it's in!)

@Boo 234
Can you provide a reference to literature or a web Link which gives an example of this design /shape and of course, the label?!
