Perfume bottle help please.. ??Belgian/Bohemian??

I've had this bottle for about 10 years sitting on a shelf but I think it now has to go. It is cut glass with a polished flat bottom and a 5.75" tall. I'm thinking that it is bohemian. But that's a guess. Thanks you in advance.

Either Bohemian or Belgian, part of a toilet set and impossible to say when it was made.
