What could this possibly be
« on: September 04, 2017, 09:54:27 PM »
5 years I have been researching and asking and still have no clue what this is or what it could have been used for.
.
3 inch across. Very heavy over 5 ounces
Dark cobalt blue glass ball with white log cabin and white lettering.
"God bless our home"
Already rules out Xmas ornament, too heavy
Not a light bulb
Not a target or fire ball.
Any help would be awesome

Hello and welcome :)
My guess would be a paperweight.  A similar log cabin one seen here http://www.icollector.com/Antique-Millville-frit-paperweight-with-a-depiction-of-a-log-cabin-and-trees-framed-by-the-ins_i739517
