Ribbed bowl vase clear/aqua with pontils identification help
« on: October 26, 2017, 10:26:17 PM »
I am very new to glass identification, but I was given this vase by my grandmother and would like help learning about it.
It is approx 5" tall, the opening is 4" and the widest point is 6". It is clear/aqua colored. It appears to be hand blown as the ribbing, top beading and bottom are asymmetrical. There are approx 6 small round divots in the bottom (pontils?). There are no identification marks of any kind.
Any insight would be appreciated- or any links to more appropriate websites. Thanks!
