Anyone recognize maker/origin of this super heavy.... 7" tall x 3.5" wide vase? The knobby/hobnail look appears to be a layer of green glass cased over blue. Base shows age wear. After much research I find myself stumped. Not a pretty piece, but unusual! Any thoughts? Thanks.
