Blue cloudy bowl

I originally thought it was a WF cloudy bowl but not so sure now, it has a Scandinavian feel to it but the base is all wrong..
Can someone please help?

Does have a few characteristics of modern Egyptian and Egyptian recycled glass, may be an avenue to pursue.....

I'm not too sure on it being modern, feels like quality to me when handled although the base is lazy.
Has some fair amount of wear to the base also, which doesn't indicate age but just strengthens my initial thoughts...
