I had a low dome piece which I thought was a ground stopper with near identical base finish and was told it was prob Arculus glass on here.
It’s old English for sure I would say.

Hi.  English, yes.  But not that old...and not Arculus, though I understand why someone might suggest that. I am pretty sure they are Whitefriars canes from the early 1950s.  An unusual piece though...
