I'm putting this in the Cafe because I do actually know who it's by, but I wanted to see if anyone else recognised it and knows who made it.

I really like it, and it was one of those things OH & I instantly agreed on, so there was no need to plead when I wanted to buy it!  Always a bonus!

No idea really but is that a white rim?

On another item. If I get to the paperweights on Saturday would you like to see the triffids Leni?

If you think so, Frank.  I just put it here 'cos I was having a bit of a 'tease' - since I already know whose work it is, I mean

Did Chuggy get it right then. Still better to preserve the image for posterity.

British studio glass, I thought a bit Laytonesque, and that could be school
of Layton, so Martin Andrews, perhaps, but it's late at night and I just got in after a very nice dinner and probably too much Merlot! So hedging my bets. My first thoughts were Hothouse or Paul Barcroft, Anthony Wassall, Malcolm Sutcliffe or Stuart Garfoot. Or none of the above. Siddy Langley? :(  or would you like a longer list of guesses!!  :D
Hello & Welcome to the Board! Sometimes my replies are short & succinct, other times lengthy. Apologies in advance if they are not to your satisfaction; my main concern is to be accurate for posterity & to share my limited knowledge

Adam, just throwing in a list of names doesn't win you the prize!

PS.  There is no prize!
