There is a full copy of this book on ISSUU here:

The book contains c. 500 photos, all attributed to the glassworks and often the designer as well. A very useful resource to have online, especially as access to it is free.

I finally got hold of a much wanted copy of his later "Modern Glass" at the National, and I'm going to have fun comparing the two.
