ID Help on a footed, handled, pulled feather ewer. ID = Empoli

It has been suggested that this is an Empoli piece.

It stands 15 1/2 inches tall, 3 3/8 inches rim to spout, 5 1/2 inches body diameter, 2 1/2 inches cameo diameter and 5 1/4 inches base diameter.

No mould lines visible probably a blown piece.

Any ideas on details would be appreciated.

Definitely Empoli, that plaque is often found on various pieces

Another "cameo head" stem (same pressing?) appears in the thread:
Opalescent posy vase with pressed? cameo in the stem. ID = Empoli
