Paperweight Doorknob - Maker??
« on: August 05, 2006, 05:11:51 PM »
I recently acquired this lovely pastel pink paperweight doorknob but am unable to ascertain the maker. It has been suggested that perhaps it is a Bohemian paperweight? Any help would certainly be appreciated.

There are 4 images in this album.

Thanks. Niki

A lvoely piece. The millefiori canes are Italian/Murano/Venetian. However, I never knew that the Muranese made doorknobs. Therefore, if it is Murano, that's a wonderful new revelation. You should also post in the Murano section on the board.
