« on: February 17, 2018, 07:15:34 PM »
My father was given a dish that was said to be made in Murano Italy possibbly between 1920 to 1950?.
It was owned by his older sister who lived in the Venice region, that has since passed.
we are looking for information regarding it.
please, if you know anything it would be great to learn about it.

Welcome to the Glass Message Board.

I believe the information you have is about right, it is likely that more than one maker made very similar and if there is no etched mark on the base (they can be very faint) it may be hard to narrow it down.

They are sometimes called Cardinal's Hat bowls.
