Not it's not. A funeral vase is defined as having a base diameter of about 5 in. Those look too thin.

Thank you all for the information.  It's a surprise that as early as the 1920's an inexpensive product like this would be exported overseas.  RE: funeral vase question, my book on carnival glass patterns suggests that funeral vases needed to be over 15" tall. some were as tall as 21".  They were to be placed either on a table behind or directly on a coffin.

Imperial Ripple dates from 1912. American glass was certainly exported to the UK in the late 1800s and we exported to the USA too
