I don't recognise this as a Paul Miller signature.  I have very many pieces of his lovely glass all signed, and none of the signatures look like this one.
I am sure that if you send a picture to Paul at Langham Glass House in Norfolk,  he will let you know if this is one of his pieces.
Good luck with your search.
Rosie.

It's Paul Barcroft I believe as I said above Rosie's post.
I have owned one piece of his glass.  It was immaculately made.  Absolutely beautiful.  The base finish and I think the signature on yours match.

I can't find any connection between Paul Barcroft and Selkirk, which I wanted to, m, because of my opalescent glass use theory.
If Paul Barcroft uses opalescent glass, I'll have to add that in as a potential confounder.  ;D

I could be wrong.
 :-[

and I've just realised the pontil mark isn't how I remembered it.  Apologies if I am wrong.

Signature does seem to look different. Although I came by Selkirk glass paperweight on ebay (183522098477), the signature seems to resemble the one on the printed box more than the one on the paperweight itself.

This is the paperweight i thought was Selkirk and seems to have the same signature, but the base is finished off different to the Selkirk paperweights on ebay.

The base finish might be different, but it is also artist signed. That might be a reason for the difference?
I've not seen a Selkirk weight with such a crude-looking pontil scar, (even if it has been tidied up a little) but I've never seen a signed one either.
All I've seen is a full:- "Selkirk Glass, Scotland 19**" along with (I think, I don't have one to hand) Ltd Edn and a number, if it's a limited edition one.

But if Flying-free has finally managed to do a mis-remembering (I'm stunned, I can tell you. ;D  ), then my opalescent theory has not been blown out of the water. ;)

 Could it be Paul Martin?

I very recently came by a piece of glass that had the same signature, although it did mention it was engraved. The mark reads Paul Manson Shilbottle Glass.

From wiki... Shilbottle (ancient name Shilbotel) is a village in Northumberland, north-east England, located 3 miles south-east of Alnwick, and 5 miles from the coast and Alnmouth.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shilbottle

There's also a mention of a Shilbottle Glass Studio in this PDF...
