Reijmyre Riksdag
« on: April 15, 2018, 10:40:15 AM »
Hello,

I've had this vase for some time now, but due to a misunderstanding from my part  ::) never looked into it...i just liked its design.

It measures just over 18 cm in height, has a light grey tint and is signed ''Sveriges Riksdag - M Hennix '03". A piece for the Swedish Parliament to commemorate an event in 2003 I guess ...

On their site i read that it actually is a lantern/hurricane but as the glass is so thin, I've never given it a try, afraid the glass might crack under the heat. The series can be found half way down, on the right, listed under 'special designs'.

I have contacted Reijmyre, hoping to receive a reply but wondered if anybody here could tell me something in the meantime, as I haven't been able to find anything, or even another piece on the net.

Unfortunately i have difficulties resizing my images so I have to add them in different posts.

Thank you for your time and anything you can tell me,

  :-*

Anne.
