Sklo Union ashtray/dish? - ID = (probably) Jablonecke Sklo

Small bowl around 4" diameter has a similar bird bath type base to some sklo union pieces ive owned in the past would this be a good guess as to the provenance of the piece? thanks.

Sorry, definitely not Sklo Union. Jablonecke Sklo would be my opinion. Vaclav Hanus as designer.
