Topic: Pair of Cobalt iridescent posy vases marked simply cz?

Hello,

I'm somewhat of a new glass collector and recently purchased a pair of beautiful cobalt blue vases with a white 'feather' like pattern.

Only one vase is marked in a slight etched detail reading cz.

I wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction regarding identification with only this tiny piece of info!

I've tried to get a slightly better picture of the bottom of the vase which looks like it may have an etched mark-despite spending over 30 minutes taking pictures I cannot find any sign of the marking I previously thought read 'cz'.

However by sheer luck I took a picture with a small etched symbol.

Attached are few images, with the last image showing the makers mark?

Hello, I'm sure I've seen similar pieces somewhere, someone will be along soon who can tell you, we're a bit slow here but I'd be surprised if your vases aren't recognised soon.

I was leaning towards Royal Brierley but the mark has thrown me a little.

Definitely not Royal Brierley, I'm the resident nutty collector of RB'y with quite a few pieces, I'm surprised no one has replied yet.

Well, there you go Keith!

You may not be able to tell me the maker but you've steered me away from going off in the wrong direction entirely lol!

The only other idea I had was perhaps Siddy Langley?

Seen a couple of pieces which have similar pattern markings but, once again, it's the mark that's throwing me.

Don't recognise the mark, I'd be surprised if it was Siddy Langley, only seen a few of her pieces, in fact it was only recently that I found out she was a she and not a Sid ! I'll keep looking

I've pretty much exhausted all the search options and have drawn a blank 

I thought for sure that someone on these boards would be able to pin down the maker.
