I don't think these have much age.
They remind me of another bowl discussed recently, (which got us nowhere because I can't remember who the maker is) one made by a maker who is not in the far east and makes decorative glass balls which are a little bit more unique and with individualised deliberate decor, not just slapped on by a general worker.
I've seen them for sale in "Carnelian Crafts" in Crieff.
That is a lovely gift and craft shop run by Jane Drysdale, who was married to the late Peter Drysdale of Perthshire Glass.
