Scandinavian paperweight or other I/D. ID = Val St Lambert

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could I/D this controlled bubble  Paperweight with a green sphere inside and a polished out pontil mark Feels quality maybe Scandinavian ?
90cm dia or 3.5 inches dia
51cm tall or 2inches tall
708gr in weight

This is actually by Val St. Lambert in Belgium.  I have had the design and another shape in red and in blue.  Yours is the first green example that I have seen.
