Having looked around online at the often conflicting evidence i thought i would see if anybody thought that this vase maybe by Seguso, I am Basing my thought's around a similar vase with a very similar worked base and the foot was same shape not much other than this, I have had similar vases but none as well made as this one.
The size is:

width:5"
weight:2.5kg
approx
