Topic: Vase maker ID: help needed - ID = Bogdan Valko, Ukraine

Who can help me identify the maker of this blue-white vase with inverted bubbles? It is signed (in Czech, Russian, Polish?), but still I am not able to trace the (name of the) maker.

The vase is 25,5 cm/10,04 inches high and 11 cm/4,33 inches wide. It is numbered/dated: 49/250, 1995. Any help or tips are welcome.

Signature seams to be "Б. Валько" or transliterated "B. Valko". So it should be one of Bogdan Valko's works. Bogdan Valko (1934-2006) was a Ukrainian glass artist.
