Puschkin cobalt bear

Hi. I'm looking for any information about figurine of Puschkin bear what you can see on this web page https://aukcja.catawiki.pl/kavels/13114905-puschkin-vodka-cobalt-glass-figure-russia-ca-1990 . All I know it is rare and not for sale. Noone knows where it was made, when it was made and how many copies were made. Information posted under that link had never be confirmed. Thanks for help.
