Blue Bowl without markings

Hallo all.
This is a lovely, delicate bowl but there is nothing for me to identify the maker. It is just under 20cm in diameter and 5.5cm tall and the pontil is smooth. The circumference undulates gentle (as seen in the first image.
Does anybody recognise the styler/maker.
