Small green/yellow bottle - does anyone recognise?
« on: February 01, 2019, 07:23:19 PM »
Good evening all.
This is a small (5"tall by 3.25" diameter), quite heavy bottle with a swirling green and yellow pattern. There are small blemishes in the glass and the pontil is flat/smooth. There are no markings to suggest origins or maker.
Does anybody recognise the style of this bottle?
Thank you
Jack

Definitely Mtarfa, there have been quite a few examples identified here in the past. With this colour combo they often have drawn out swirls like this example while others have spots.

Absolutely Mtarfa. Early, one of their first colourways.
