Anyone have any thoughts on this bowl?

As a matter of interest, the chap who owns this is a former Chance employee who was foreman of the decorating shop up to 1953! So all that Britannia glass with coloured inserts was sprayed in his department  :D

Looks like Anchor Hocking to me, but I can't find a pattern match. Only deviations.
