Topic: Widdop Bingham Co lamp

I just wondered if anyone knows the maker of this glass lamp shade? A fairly cheap maker but curiousity got the better of me. The base has a Widdop Bingham Co sticker. The tested sticker dates it to 1999. I don't know if Widdop makes glass or not? The bottom half of the shade has a mould line on either side.

I can't make out the mark but one part of it has a CE logo.
