Anyone know who made this cute little bear cub? Bottom is highly polished with a concave indent very smoothly done.

Sorry Pat I don't know either, but is that a mark I can see on the left foot (as you look at the picture)? It looks like a tiny circular mark or maybe it is a mould mark or trick of the light?

It'sjust an indentation. Part of the pattern, there is one on the other foot also.
