Just rubbish packing. The tankard barely fitted inside the box so it was an accident waiting to happen.

Seller initially had the cheek to give me just a £2 refund, until I objected - she thought her good feedback gave her immunity to poor PO handling as well :roll:

You could point out that the Royal Mail instructions are for a minimum of 5 cm (2 inches) of soft padding on EACH side of the article. Doesn't sound like your tankard had that...

Just a couple of wraps of bubblewrap. between glass and carton, and even then it was tightly fitting. But I even have a 'me' page giving guidance that I always hope people will visit.
