Should I have bought it......
« on: September 02, 2006, 04:27:26 PM »
I saw an item this morning and was unsure if it was 'right' or made up. It was a lampwork paperweight of medium size, yellow flowers all around and grass in the middle. This was sitting in a brass collar on a marble stand. On top of the weight was another brass collar with a victorian vaseline glass epergene type trumpet fixed in to make a vase. I could not help but wonder if it was made up or original. Did they do this sort of thing with paperweights?
No retreat, No surrender.
