Your Shark is indeed a Moretti Brothers creation for Pilgrim Glass. Ceredo, WV. Moretti creations were birs, fish, cats, etc. Your estimate of value is rather inaccurate in my opinion. Their big Madonna figures are the most sought after, 18" in height & they will bring $600-$700, your Shark maybe $350-$450.

Just looked up Moretti values in Dick Spencer's Animal book #2 2004 edition. Two Moretti Pilgrim Fish, both 9"....$75, Cat $60, however I do believe because of the size (21") that yours would be in the $300 range. Moreti Brothers creations for Pilgrim were nicely done, but they are not exceptionally valuable.
