I won't be much help on most of this, sorry. However, photo number 4 appears to be possibly a Heisey Colonial pattern. If you look inside to the bottom, do you see any marks? Terry

i see the photos without problem and recognise some but need to confirm maker/pattern in the books bf I comment.

However the last one (#6), sherbet, is by Federal Glass, pattern unknown

Must be a glitch between Photobucket and Mozilla Firefox (my browser) - I still see "THIS IMAGE OR VIDEO HAS BEEN MOVED OR DELETED" on all your pics. Rats, I tried....
