Cut Glass Identification - NOT ABP

I bought this punch bowl a while back with 25 pedestal punch cups.  I thought this pattern reminded me of something or someone, but have yet to identify.  It being not American Brilliant I thought of all of my best friends here on the Glass Message Board  :lol:

Oh, I forgot to mention that you can click on the pictures for a much larger view of the glass.
