Teardrop blue and clear glass paperweight

Please could someone help us identify this teardrop paperweight , it’s about 5 inches tall and has blue glittery swirls in the bottom with clear bubbles
The label is missing

There are some online/on Ebay often described as Chinese or Polish. Your photos don't show the detail clearly enough to compare your one.

With that matte-ground base Chinese is most likely. Polish glass is usually well finished
