Depression Glass? - ID = Brockwitz Service 42000 "Chinapressung"

Found this also, looks like a trinket pot from a dresser set, but have never come across the pattern on it before.  Looks american depression but can't find the pattern in any of my books or even maker.  Pattern has a chinese look to it.
