Amazing paperweights
« on: September 16, 2006, 09:28:52 PM »
Some members may already be familar with Katharine Coleman, one of the UK's premier engravers. http://www.katharinecoleman.co.uk/

The painstaking technique that Katharine uses mean that she generally makes around two pieces a month. So her work is rather rare.

Very few of these are paperweights.

Today she delivered the superb work that Zest Gallery will be exhibiting at SOFA Chicago. http://www.sofaexpo.com/
There are two paperweights.
Highly recommended.
:D

No, I won't attending SOFA as I am working on a project that will take all of my time. However, I would love to attend.

What a pity. The opening night is brilliant. If you change your mind let me know and I will send you some tickets. :D (tell the boss you're doing research and skive off! :D )
