Does anyone recognise this ? It is very silky satinized glass and appears to be well made and old, with a height of 14 inches.
 I cant find anything like it is my searchings for info

Possibly a Cologne bottle for display purposes, there several perfume bottle books around at the moment - probably the best source to ID.
