Lavonna, have a read through this post: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,6522.0.html and then follow the link near the end to the IrfanView site to download free image software that will resize pics for you.  If you need help with IrfanView itself have a read through David's tutorial here: http://www.encill.abelalways.co.uk/glassy-eye/glasstopics/photos-edit.html
