Someone Please Id Vintage Brass Iradecent Owl ,Paperweight

Hi A Paperweight that i have just picked up , It Has Obvious Age To The Glass and The Brass work , It Has Golden  Iradecence depending How You Hold It ,
It stands 3.5 Inches Tall .
The Glass appears to be blown around the brass stem when manufactured
