Need Help to ID Cased glass pitcher

Has anyone ever seen a pitcher or jug like this? It's olive green glass, cased over white and has an applied handle. Italian?

The colour and style of casing I would associate with Italy, but I seem to recall the unusual shape of the pouring spout with some German-attributed pitchers...
