pressed glass 3 piece set

RAY:
a 3 piece set of cream,sugar and butter dish, anyone know who made them , i'm not to sure if there old or not just a carboot find today

Lustrousstone:
Doric and Pansy by Jeannette Glass Co. USA, 1937-1936 in teal. Very good colour and desirable over the pond, especially the butter dish. Teal was predominantly distributed in the UK and Canada, NOT the US. Good find! :D  :D

This is not called pressed glass in the US. When folks talk about pressed glass they typically  think of EAPG or the newer stuff. This is known a depression glass - relatively inexpensive glassware mass produced and often given away as premiums during the depression era.
