Nice Lamp Base WMF?
« on: October 07, 2006, 12:34:23 PM »
Bought this lovely lamp base today with chrome fittings and remains of very old fabric covered cable. Now I know I've seen this before and think it's WMF but can onyone confirm this or if I'm way of course put me straight.

Hi Paul,  :)

I think this is where you probably saw it:

Just scroll down a little.
If I know, I'll comment. If I think I know, I'll have a go. If I have no idea, I'll just keep quiet and learn from others, so the next time I'll know.

Thanks Frank and Della I was pretty sure it was WMF Ikora, but I've not had enough of it to be certain so I thought best to check. I'll get it rewired now as it's a decent one.
