yep i seen these one's last night, most prob from Italy but i've also seen them in Egypt in different shapes and forms

and of course the 0.925 hallmark indicates that they were not made in the UK. There are loads of these on ebay with very italian looking canes

Ooh, that seller has a pretty Antica weight.

The canes look very like "Chirano" - ie Murano canes fabricated into millefiori items in China.  Then sold in many places - including very cheaply via the internet if you will take them by crate in a minimum order of 300 items. Also, I believe, on the streets of Murano with a "Murano" label.  The latter meaning Sold in Murano, rather than Made in Murano.  Regards, Alan.
