crystal brick vase

Brick vase mould blown, patterned - In style you'd say Czech 1970s but the high quality of the crystal and gloss polished rim could point at Johansfors or another Swedish work too.

I seem to remember a similar vase was discussed a while ago but am unable to find details.... Marcus did we ever find out whodunnit?
