? Bimini or who??
« on: October 19, 2006, 06:59:41 PM »
Hi
having looked at other threads etc and Angela's info on Bimini figures, I dont think this set is Bimini....so my question is, if not Bimini, WHO made it?

The glass is very delicate and the whole thing is very nicely made and doesnt have the errr additional enhancements to the anatomy that I have noticed in some lookalikes for sale on the web

any ideas?

Cheri, I seem to recall something very like this being discussed in this thread: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,23.0.html but sadly the images have long-since gone. I do recall the figures were quite stocky like yours rather than the elegant lady in the Komaromy thread here:
http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,74.0.html and here
http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,2958.0.html

There another set with similar ladies to yours here too: http://www.avalon-riklin.com/items/132280/item132280store.html which is listed as Bimini.
Cheers! Anne, da tekniqual wizzerd

Thanks Anne and Dexter

Anne, those ones in the store you reference in the last link are different from mine in that the anatomy is enhanced   whereas mine do not have the same "protrusions"

So, I guess I shall just have to list these without attribution then....
