Here is a paperweight (?) I believe is by Warff of Kosta Boda but is unsigned.  I originally posted it under Glass but have only had one reply.  Can anyone confirm my thought or add to it?

If it is Kosta Boda, then to my way of thinking, it would be an unusual Kosta Boda design. From my perspective, I can't pinpoint the maker.
