The second paperweight I spent 6 hours yesterday trying to ID.
Really have no idea with this one.
60m diameter 40mm high, flat starcut base.

Hi Nick. It is an early Perthshire PP4. From 1969 to 1971 they has a base like this.

Thanks Alan,
of all my books I never even thought to check the Perthshire one, they just didn't seem Perthshire canes to me, but now you say it the PP10 I had had this starcut base.
